At Double L Metalworks LLC, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Please review our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Returns
We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

The item must be returned in its original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom or personalized jewelry

Made-to-order items (unless otherwise stated)

Items marked as “Final Sale”

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging at Rhiannon@doublelmetalworks.com.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged

Double L Metalworks LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if the item has not yet shipped or entered production

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has begun
7. United States Only
We currently accept returns and issue refunds for orders shipped within the United States only.
