Are our pieces handmade?
Yes! All of our products are handmade by us in our shop right here in Richmond, KY. We handle every step of the process, including silversmithing, engraving, and metalwork. We also complete much of our own lapidary work and always use genuine stones and high quality materials.
Do we offer custom or personalized items?
Yes we do! Some of our products have customizable options, but if you're after something you don't see on our website feel free to contact us and we may be able to collaborate with you!


How long do custom orders normally take to ship?
Custom order timelines vary depending on the design, materials, and level of detail involved. Once we review your request, we'll provide a more accurate estimated turnaround time before moving forward.
What do I do if I receive my product and it's damaged or it becomes damaged?
If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. If your product arrives damaged, we will either issue you a refund or send you a replacement, depending on the situation.
If your product becomes damaged after delivery and is repairable, we maybe able to repair it and return it to you. Please reach out so we can review the damage and discuss the best solution.
