Are our pieces handmade?
Yes! All of our products are handmade by us in our shop right here in Richmond, KY.
Do we offer custom or personalized items?
Yes we do! Some of our products have customizable options, but if you're after something you don't see on our website feel free to contact us and we may be able to collaborate with you!
How long do custom orders normally take to ship?
This can vary depending on what item is being customized. All customs should be shipped within 6 weeks, but some may be shipped sooner.
What do I do if I receive my product and it's damaged or it becomes damaged?
If this happens please contact us immediately. If your product is damaged upon arrival we will either issue you a refund or send you a new piece. If your product becomes damaged and is repairable we may be able to repair it and send it back.
