We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days
     

  • Custom or made-to-order jewelry may require additional processing time
     

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays
     

If your order experiences a delay, we will notify you by email.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders using trusted U.S. carriers such as:

  • USPS
     

  • UPS
     

  • FedEx
     

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and shipping method
     

  • Any applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

  • Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
     

  • Packages returned to us due to address errors
     

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Double L Metalworks LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
